Let me tell you a little bit about myself as a therapist. I have a heart for helping those who have suffered from sexual abuse, as well as those who struggle with anxiety and depression. I understand the challenges that come with healing from trauma and mental health struggles because I've been there myself.
When I was 16, my parents got divorced and I found myself struggling with anxiety and depression. Despite that, I still managed to work and go to college. My own personal experience with sexual assault has also given me a deep understanding of the difficulties that come with healing from such a traumatic event.
I bring my personal experiences and passion for helping others to my therapy practice. My clients can trust that I am genuine, caring, and always have their best interests at heart. I am a warm and empathetic person who truly understands the struggles that come with life, and I'm not here to judge. I show up as my authentic self with an open heart and an open mind, always willing to be a supportive and non-judgmental ally for my clients.
In session, I strive to connect with my clients on a human level and bring a bit of sass to empower them in their journey. My goal is to help improve their mood and prevent the development of mental illness. I am dedicated to providing the best possible mental health services and therapy for each individual I work with.
When I'm not in session, you can find me exploring the great outdoors and indulging in my hobbies of traveling, hiking, paddleboarding, and rock climbing. And of course, spending quality time with my mini schnauzers, Bailey and Caly.
So if you're ready to take control of your mental health and live the life you deserve, I invite you to join me on this journey. Let's work together to make it happen and find the healing, growth, and happiness that you deserve.
